DUE TO THE IRS' TWO-MONTH SUSPENSION OF THE E-FILING PROGRAM FOR EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PRIOR YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION ERRONEOUSLY MISSED THE FILING DEADLINE FOR THIS FISCAL YEAR'S TAX RETURN DUE TO CONFUSION RELATING TO THE FILING DEADLINE. THE ORGANIZATION THEREFORE RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THAT ANY LATE PENALTIES DUE BE WAIVED FOR REASONABLE CAUSE UNDER REGULATION 301.6652-2F.
