28 DONATED TO MIDWEST PARTNERSHIP (A 501(C)(3) CORPORATION) TO HELP THEM WITH THE EXPENSES. THEY PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO OUR COMMUNITY.THE CORPORATION OWNS A COMMERCIAL BUILDING WHICH HAS HOUSED A WHOLESALER FOR PART OF THE YEAR. THERE IS RENT INCOME RECEIVED AND THE LESSEE REIMBURSES THE CORPORATION FOR UTILITIES. THE CORPORATION PAYS THE INSURANCE, PROPERTY TAXES, AND UPKEEP.
