What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? low-income housing
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Members located and repaired hard-to-reach holes in our bldgs (under roof eaves) where small animals had been able to pass through into our attic; we hired a trainer to give all members certification in First Aid, CPR and AED; we held it in a rented hall and provided lunch for members for the day long class; we hired consultants to teach members mediation skills to help us better serve our organization and our community; we had one vacancy and found out that mold was impacting the apt; our members did demolition to discover the source of the problem and then repaired the problem and rebuilt the exterior walls, porch and interior walls and floor to allow the apt to be habitable again; many new skills were shared and learned during all these projects.
