	DMRs role is to assist in assuring that there is a viable and strong Parkland system, a strong trauma network throughout our region, and strong teaching programs that benefit the community and its citizens. Initially there are three areas of potential activity for DMR. The first is to be invited by the Parkland Board of Managers to support and work with them. The second is to assist Parkland in stabilizing its trauma network and ER staffing. The third is to play whatever role is requested of DMR with respect to the executive leadership transition at Parkland.
