What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Weat Porterville Pipe Line Company supplies and maintains a culinary water pipe line.The pipe line supplies drinking water to seven families. The families pay a yearly assessment,the money is held in a checkings account and used when any repairs or maintenence is needed on the pipe line.
