INTERESTED PERSONS ARE REQUIRED TO ACT AT ALL TIMES IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH MERCY MEDICAL CENTER - SIOUX CITY FOUNDATION'S CHARITABLE PURPOSE AND SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY AND TO AVOID CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
