	Share Accounts: TCCU's share accounts offer advantages to members of all ages. The Credit Union had over 11,000 member-owners on December 312011. Members' savings accounts pay dividends quarterly and offer access through two local offices, home banking via the Internet or telephone, and ATMs worldwide. Special savings accounts designed for children encourage the development of consistent savings habits.

	Checking Accounts: TCCU provides checking accounts for consumers with various features, from free accounts to those with special benefits. Most offer dividends that are paid monthly. Additionally, the credit union extends the reach of these accounts to all members with free debit cards, Internet account access and free use of the Internet bill payer platform. Over 30% of the credit union's member-owners have a checking account.

	Consumer Loans: TCCU has provided vehicle loans since its inception. The consumer loan product line now includes efficient underwriting and flexible offering for recreational vehicles, boats, and motorcycles as well as signature loans, individual lines of credit, and loans secured by savings accounts. Consumer life and disability insurance is available on any of these loan types and assures that participating member-owners' loan payments are made without interruption in the event of their loss of income through death or disability.

Wayne Mansur used this while traveling to some of his conferences during 2012 so that his wife could accompany him. However, the policy is available to all TCCU employees and was used by various others during 2012.
SchJ_P02_S00_L00	Schedule J, Part II	Line 2, Section C(i): Mr. Bayless retired from his role of CFO for TCCU in late January of 2012. He, like every other officer at TCCU, had been offered one or more 457(f) plan(s) and accepted this offer. His plans paid out from January 2 through March 1 of 2012, accounting for the compensation shown in this column.

Such actions are recorded in the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors if and when they occur.

The major item, aside from performance, they use to determine his pay is a tool called iCompease. This compares credit union employee compensation based on asset categories, location, and various other factors to determine a pay that is fair and reasonable. This tool is used for each credit union employee.
