    DIOCESES, RELIGIOUS ORDERS AND RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
    EDUCATING THEM ON THE TECHNICAL ADVANCES THROUGH THE USE OF FORUMS,
    WORKSHOPS, DISCUSSION GROUPS, AND BUSINESS MEETINGS WHICH ENABLE
    MEMBERS TO INCREASE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND SHARE EXPERIENCES. FOR THE SEVENTH TIME,
    THE CATHOLIC ACADEMY MET JOINTLY WITH THE CATHOLIC PRESS ASSOCIATION
    RESULTING IN THE 2012 CATHOLIC MEDIA CONVOCATION. THE CATHOLIC ACADEMY HAD
    50 MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE. HOWEVER, ATTENDANCE WITH THE TWO COMBINED
    GROUPS WAS APPROXIMATELY 300. SOME MEMBERS HAVE DUAL MEMBERSHIPS. THERE
    WAS NO INCOME FROM THE EVENT BECAUSE THE CATHOLIC PRESS ASSOCIATION
    ACTED AS THE FACILITATOR ORGANIZATION.

Pt III, Line 31   OTHER SERVICES-MEMBERS ARE SENT E-MAILS AS THE MEANS OF
    ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITY COMMUNICATION. WEBINARS ARE
    PERIODICALLY OFFERED AS AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE OF
    COMMUNICATION. THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A WEBSITE ALTHOUGH
    THE ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTER WAS DISCONTINUED IN 2012.

Pt III, Line 31   OTHER SERVICES- WORLD DAY ASSEMBLY
    THE ASSEMBLY MEETS ONCE EVERY FOUR YEARS. IT BRINGS TOGETHER
    ATTENDEES FROM WORLDWIDE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS FOR A CONFERENCE TO
    RAISE AWARENESS AND EDUCATE PARTICIPANTS ABOUT TECHNOLOGY
    OF COMMUNICATION USED BY THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. THE NEXT MEETING
    WILL BE IN THE YEAR 2013.

Pt V, Line 34   AS OF 25 JULY 2012, THE ORGANIZATION ACQUIRED A CERTIFICATE
    OF TRADE NAME REGISTRATION FROM THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DISTRICT
    OF COLUMBIA TO USE THE TRADE NAME OF "CATHOLIC ACADEMY OF
