Form 990 Part VI 11 The finance and Executive Committee will discuss and review in detail form 990 and all supporting schedules and questions before approval. The final Form 990 after and changes from the Finance and Executive Committee review are made will be presented to the full Board for approval, signing, and filing.
Form 990 Part VI 12 Annually, each board member is required to disclose any conflicts of interest with agency transactions. All transactions are monitored for conflicts of interest in the procurement process.
Form 990 Part VI 15 The Executive committee annually reviews the performance and sets the salary of the CEO. This process includes reviewing data from national Urban League and other salary comparability data to access a reasonable salary. Additionally, each board member will complete a performance review form and submit their results to the Chair of Board. The Executive Committee will review all performance review forms. The CEO will prepare a performance review form for the VP of Programming, CFO, and Human Resource Director. This process will include a determination of the annual salary by comparing salaries to industry trends.

Form 990 Part III Program Service Accomplishments Line 4d Other Activities Program Service Expenses 404,005, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 361,668 Prevention Services served 1,456 clients. The prevention program provides prevention services to youth including AIDS, violence, and drug abuse. Additionally, this program services victims of violent crimes to assist them in dealing with the crime and providing assistance to medical services, housing, and legal assistance.

The AAMI programs provides parenting skills and life readiness training to fathers who are disconnected from their children for various reasons. The program works with local child support agencies to improve support compliance and the legal system to improve father involvement through regular visitation with children. Additionally, the program links fathers to other resources that will stabilize their employment and housing needs. Program mentors boys 13-18 to promote better decision making and improved performance in school and the community.
