Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. 	The organization promotes, sponsors and conducts several special events in Yuma, Arizona during the year. All of the events highlight Yuma and the desert southwest. Proceeds from these events generated $15,625 in scholarships to Arizona colleges and universities and $20,907 in donations to youth organizations and charities in the Yuma area. The largest event is "Midnight at the Oasis" - the southwest's premier classic car and nostalgia festival. This is a 3-day event in March attracting over 900 entrants and approximately 50,000 attendees. The organization paid out over $53,000 from this event to other exempt organizations whose volunteer members assisted with the festival.

	The second largest event is a NJCAA Bowl Game hosted by Arizona Western College. This was the inaugural year and was the National Championship Game. The organization paid out over $45,700 from this event to other exempt organizations assisting with the event.

	The third largest event is the Colorado River Balloon Festival - a 3-day event in November which attracts numerous balloonists and thousands of members of the public to watch the balloon launches and attend the evening "Balloon Glow" event.
