THE TRANSITIONAL JOBS PROGRAM PROVIDED INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT, LITERACY TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AS COMPONENTS TO A SUPPORTED WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAM WITH GOALS OF PLACEMENT AND RETENTION IN THE JOBS MARKET.
