1 Part I, Line 8 $40 refund from GA Department of State for registration of club with state
2 Part I, Line 16 I am the new Treasurer as of April 2013. The Previous Treasurer Died of cancer before he was able to file 2012 990-EZ. The balances used in part II line 22 for previous years did not agree with actual bank balances, so I was unable to complete the 2012 990-EZ. I called the tax exempt help line (1000 195716 Agent) I was advised to correctly fill/file the 990-EZ and provide the explanation on O schedule. The original error occurred on 2000 990-EZ. On Line 6a gross club revenue was inadvertently used instead of gross revenue from our fund raising event (Southeaster Model Show), this caused the bank balances to be incorrect from that point forward. 990-EZ balances tracked year to year but did not match bank balances. I also asked if depreciation was required to be taken, I was advised it did not. PART I Line 16: Academy of Model Aeronautics registration $120.00, Club Officers surety Bond $233.89, Post Office Box $48.00, Georgia Annual non-profit incorporation fee $50.00
