	PKT Foundation Inc is a charitable organization that enhances the quality of the educational, spiritual, and fraternal programs of the Georgia Gamma Tau Chapter of Phi Kappa Theta National Fraternity and its alumni by providing funding for those programs, and offering guidance as to their implementation. PKT Foundation owns and operates the chapter house including: The execution of all deeds, mortgages, leases, and contracts; ensuring everything is necessary and proper in the management, maintenance, and control of the house; collecting rents (through a third party service); and examining delinquent accounts receivable from undergraduate and alumnus members.
