What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO ENCOURAGE THE KNOWLEDGE, USE, AND APPRECIATION OF THE MARINE RECRECATIONAL ADVANTAGES OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND TO ENGAGE IN SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO FURTHER THE SPORT OF YACHT RACING, PROMOTING SAFETY AT SEA AND GOOD SEAMANSHIP.
