Client Note 1 - As a start up ministry in 2007, Northwest Transitional Living was unable to qualify for financing the purchase of property which is used for its operations. Under the terms of a lease agreement, Northwest Transitional Living leases its operating facility from a Limited Liability Company. The Limited Liability Company is owned by three individuals(one is a current board member and two are prior members). Under the terms of the lease, Northwest Transitional Living directly makes the payments on behalf of the LLC on the mortgage loans and pays the real estate taxes, and insurance which reprents rent paid to the LLC. The LLC members receive no financial benefit from this relationship. At December 31, 2012 the net investment in the LLC by the organization is $ 55,399 which is represented by capital reimbursements to LLC members and property improvements.
