Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Organization operates a festival in the spring of the year calling attention to the many culinary and recreational opportunities offered by the City of Myrtle Beach and surrounding area. The festival attracts tourists to the Myrtle Beach area and generates tourism dollars for the benefit of the local economy. By doing so the festival serves as a driving force to promote the social welfare of the Myrtle Beach / Horry County citizenry. A portion of the proceeds from the festival are used to support culinary programs at local educational institutions of higher learning.

  Part V, Question 6(b) No representations were made to potential donors regarding the deductible status of their payments to the Organization. Only business and governmental enterprises were solicited for funds. The deductibility of their "contributions" is based upon the Section 162, IRC ordinary trade or business expense criteria rather than the charitable contribution standards uner Section 170, IRC.
  Part III, Question 3 The Organization revamped the physical focus of the festival in 2012. Rather than continue to provide the Tasting Trolley service the 2012 festival was concentrated on the former Myrtle Beach Pavilion site with numerous food and beverage vendors situated across the property. Admission was charged to enter the site. See Part VIII, line 11(a).
  Part III, Lines 4(a) The expenses reported on Part III, Line 4(a) represent expenses related to the general festival that were incurred in the performance and production of the Organization's services. These expenses include marketing, media buys, festival logistics, etc.
