THESE REVIEWS SHALL, AT A MINIMUM, INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: A. WHETHER COMPENSATION AGREEMENTS AND BENEFITS OFFERED TO STAFF ARE REASONABLE, BASED ON COMPETENT SURVEY DATA, AND ARE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHED POLICIES. B. THE MUSEUM'S TRUSTEE AUDIT COMMITTEE SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE THE CHRYSLER'S IRS FORM 990 ANNUAL TAX FILING PRIOR TO SUBMISSION. THE MUSEUM DIRECTOR SHALL THEN SIGN AND CERTIFY THAT THE MUSEUM'S IRS FORM 990 IS ACCURATE AND COMPLETE. COPIES OF THE PUBLIC DISCLOSURE IRS FORM 990 WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FULL BOARD AT THE NEXT SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING.
COMPENSATION

STAFF COMPENSATION: ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, THE MUSEUM WILL PRICE POSITIONS TO MARKET BY USING LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SURVEY DATA. THE MARKET DATA WILL TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, INCLUDE MUSEUMS AND OTHER NOT FOR PROFIT CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS; HOWEVER, THE MUSEUM WILL ALSO USE MORE GENERALIZED SURVEY DATA. MUSEUM DIRECTOR'S COMPENSATION: THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES WILL REVIEW AND APPROVE AN ANNUAL COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE MUSUEM DIRECTOR INCLUDING BOTH DIRECT AND INDIRECT COMPENSATION. LIKE ALL POSITIONS AT THE CHRYSLER MUSEUM, AND FOLLOWING THE SAME MARKET-DRIVEN MODEL, THE MUSEUM'S DIRECTOR'S DIRECT COMPENSATION IS BASED ON THE CURRENT MARKET VALUE OF THE POSITION BASED ON THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIRED BEHAVIORS. IN ADDITION TO WAGES, THE MUSEUM DIRECTOR MAY BE AWARDED ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCES TO COVER AUTOMOBILE EXPENSES OR A PERFORMANCE-BASED BONUS. A WRITTEN PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL WILL BE COMPLETED FOR THE MUSEUM DIRECTOR EACH YEAR TO SUBSTANTIATE THE ENTIRE COMPENSATION PACKAGE.
