Management has evaluated the tax positions taken by the Plan and concluded that as of March 31, 2012 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The Plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. CONTRIBUTING EMPLOYER RECEIVABLES AT YEAR-END	PART X	Contributions receivable outstanding at the plan's year-end from contributing employers represent amounts due for the last month of the fiscal year. These contributions are requirements, as stipulated under terms of written agreements and, approved by the governing board, with the employers that must be remitted to the plan on a timely basis. These amounts constitute receivables that were created in the ordinary course of the plan's business.
