TO STIMULATE THE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN RURAL COMMUNITIES BY MATCHING MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES TO OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE THROUGH GOVERNMENT AND COMMERCIAL CONTRACTING AND BY INCREASING MANUFACTURER CAPACITY TO RESPOND TO MARKET OPPORTUNITIES AND TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES AND BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF RURAL MANUFACTURERS.
