Form 990 Part VI Line 7a, 7b Governing Body and Management Member Companies which wish to serve on the Board pay an additional $5K per year. Board membership is open to all member companies. The Board elects the Co-Chairs and the Treasurer. The Board hires and evaluates the CEO's performance. Board members have oversight over the organization's financial performance and management practices. The Board members also help steer the organization's strategy and policy agenda.
