Pt VI, Line 11b		Once form 990 is completed with the help of our Accounant,
		form 990 is distributed to the organization's financial
		committee and reveiwed. The financial committee also
		reviews the QuickBooks file prior to filing form 990
		for purposes of accuracy.
Pt VI, Line 6		There is only one class of members. The members are
		defined in the bylaws but include (1) All record owners
		of parcels of property in the assessment district
		created in accordance with the Utah Assessment Area Act
		(basically just commercial properties within the district);
		and (2) Any public or government entities, non-profit
		and religious organizations that own property in the
		assessment district and that pay an annual voluntary
		membership contribution to the organization. The members
		will elect 6 of the 10 directors and the voting interest
		of a member will be based on the proportion of the total
		assessment and voluntary dues paid by the member.
Pt VI, Line 7a		The members will elect 6 of the directors in proportion
		to their share of assessment and any voluntary dues paid
		by members. The assessment district is divided into 3
		tiers in accordance with the bylaws of the organization.
		Each Tier is then divided into a north and south section;
		thereby creating 6 different "areas" within the
		assessment district. In addition, 4 members will have
		the right to appoint a director. These 4 members are
