Springer that they have read and understood the policy. Cyndi Randle keeps a log of each member and follows up to make sure that these are all signed and returned. Compensation for Jarron B. Springer is reviewed and approved by the board of directors. Compensation for the other two employees are reveiwed and approved by Jarron B. Springer. Jarron is eligible for an annual bonus based on certain financial and membership benchmarks. If Jarron meets the requirment or requirements for a bonus, this is calculated by the outside accountant that does the monthly accounting and is approved by the board before accrued or paid. |
