What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To provide an enjoyable, safe, year-round, multi-use public facility emphasizing oppurtunities in education, agricultural and recreation that enhances partnerships in building a stronger community.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The primary achievement and purpose of the Association is to organize and operate the annual county fair. The 4 day event the end of July is for displaying the projects of the 163 4-H youth and other community members. In 2012, approximately 4000 community members attended the fair. The fairground and its facilities are also open and maintained year round for use by 4-H and other community groups.

29 A highlight of the fair is the annual fair auction. In 2012, 52 youth showed and sold 78 animals. This is the first auction for many of the young exhibitors. They recieve positive feedback and collected $42967 directly from the sale for their hard work.
