		Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 12C All new Board members are informed of the Chambers conflict of interest policy. During meetings prior to discussion and voting any Board member with a perceived or real conflict of interest is asked to recusee themselves from discussion and voting on that issue. All Board minutes will reflect the abstention of the Board member affected.
		Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 15B The Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees performs an annual survey of all members for the purpose of conducting a performance evaluation on the President. In addition, the Board through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has access to comparable salary data. Based upon the results of the evaluation, comparable salary data, and available local revenues the Executive Committee determines the appropriate salary which is then sent to the full Board of Trustees for their review and consent.
