    Form 990-EZ Part III Line 28 The corporation is formed for literary, scientific, athletic and social purposes, or any of them, but more specifically to give an annual entertainment to be known as The Twelfth Night Revelers. As such, the organization holds an annual dinner, ball and breakfast during the first week of January each year at which the daughters of the members of the organization are presented to the membership and their guests. This annual ball is the formal start of the carnival and social season in the city of New Orleans. This is done to foster and afford opportunity for social intercourse, intellectual improvement, and is for the benefit of the members and their guests.
