A member of the Board of Directors of the Society is Vice-President of the San Francisco Film Centre, which leases the office space to the Society. The Board member receives no personal enrichment from the lease agreement between the Society and the San Francisco Film Centre.In 2012 a Board member engaged the Society as fiscal sponsor for a film under the fiscal sponsorship program. During the year the Society collected $443,080 in fiscal sponsorship funds for the film, distributed $419,556 to the related party fiscal sponsee, and retained a 5.3% administration fee of $23,524 under the terms of the agreement.
