    WE FAILED TO FILE 2011 TAX RETURN IN A TIMELY MANNER BECAUSE WE WERE OUT OF COUNTRY FOR MY HUSBAND CANCER TREATMENT. BEFORE WE WENT TO SOUTH KOREA, WE FILED AN EXTENSION EXPECTING TO RETURN IN A MONTH, AS IT WAS REGULAR CHECK UP AFTER HIS CANCER SURGERY IN 2011. HOWEVER, FOR A SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS WHICH APPEARED TO BE SMALL CANCER THEY RECOMMENDED THAT HE GET TREATMENT FOR THAT. IT TOOK THE ALMOST FIVE MONTHS FOR THE TREATMENT. WE WILL BE SURE TO FILE OUR TAX RETURN IN A TIMELY MANNER IN THE FUT
