		foreign wars and pay membership fees to be part of the VFW.
Pt VI, Line 8a		Minutes of meetings are completed by the VFW Judge Advocate.
		Minutes are approved by the general membership prior to filing.
Pt VI, Line 8b		Minutes of committee meetings are completed by a member of the committee
		as assigned by its committee chair. A report of each
		meeting is then reported to the general membership monthly.
Pt VI, Line 7a		Membership nominates and votes for its governing board annually.
Pt VI, Line 11b		Form 990 is prepared by outside accountant who gives prepared
		forms to Quarter Master for review. Form 990 is then presented to
		the governing Board for approval prior to submission to the
		Internal Revenue Service.

		discusses potential conflicts of interest and resolves the
		conflict at the earliest meeting after which the conflice
		is discovered.
