SCHEDULE L, PART IV, LINE 1
Relationship: Jennifer Siebel Newsom is the CEO of Miss Representation. Girls Club Entertainment, LLC ("GCE"), a Single Member LLC, is owned by Jennifer Siebel Newsom.Description of Transaction: Newsom is the Writer, Director and Producer of Miss Representation, the documentary film. GCE owns the copyright to Miss Representation, and GCE has licensed the film to Miss Representation for a minimum 7-year period for the purpose of providing public performance rights to screening hosts. Further, the Miss Representation Board of Directors has agreed that fees generated by Newsoms speaking engagements about the documentary are split between Miss Representation and GCE. In 2012, Newsom delivered 59 paid speaking engagements. In addition, GCE began production on two documentary films in 2012, The Mask You Live In and The Great American Lie, both of which will be completed through a fiscal sponsorship by Miss Representation. Costs incurred by GCE in 2012 for production purposes, including the Writer/Producer/Director Fee, were reimbursed by Miss Representation.

Social Action Campaigns (Continued): Create and disseminate our messages through speaking engagements, mainstream media appearances, blogs, Op-Eds and viral online campaigns. Activate one million people to pledge to use their voices to spread the message of the film Miss Representation and challenge the media's limiting portrayal of women and girls. Provide people with the tools to use their voice and consumer power to dramatically change the way women and girls are portrayed in advertising and media. "Be A Rep" program recruits leaders in communities across the world to organize and implement unique social action campaigns in their local communities.

The LLC undertook the initial production responsibilities of new film projects under an agreement with the organization. These initial costs were later reimbursed to the LLC and the loan repaid.

The second film, "The Great American Lie", will explore the social, economic and political ramifications of a society that values the masculine over the feminine.
