	The primary exempt purpose of Hometown Health Plan was to operate a state certified, federally qualified health maintenance organization (HMO) which provided comprehensive health care services on a prepaid basis. Health coverage included inPatient, outpatient, physician, prescription drugs, mental health and vision services.
