Explanation:

Please take into consideration for the late filing date: It had been the understanding of the Secretary/Manager that an unpaid Ex-Officio Board member who prepared the financial statement had also prepared the tax return for signature before he left for an extended foreign assignment. When the Sec./Mgr realized it had not been prepared, it was too late to request a filing extension.
