What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Promote dialogue regarding new convention center
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 In prior years, the organization provided education to the community regarding the benefits of a new downtown convention center. Maintained a website with educational information concerning the benefits of a new center, and developed a speakers bureau of individuals who made presentations to community groups on the topic as requested. This municipal project was approved by the city governing council in January 2010, and the organization has been primarily dormant since that time, and completed the dissolution of the corporation in June 2012.
