What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROMOTE THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY IN THE VALLEY SPRINGS, CA. AREA. PROVIDING FUNCTIONS FOR THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY THROUGH A CHRISTMAS PARADE AND FAIRE, CITIZEN OF THE YEAR, SCHOLARSHIP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, MONTHLY LUNCHEONS WITH VARIOUS SPEAKERS REGARDING OUR COMMUNITY ETC. VSABA IS STRICTLY NON-POLITICAL CREATED FOR OUR COMMUNITY RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES.
