    All employees of the company receive an annual bonus for a certain
    number of weeks pay contingent upon whether there has been positive
    net income by the Company for the year. All employees are granted a
    bonus for the same number of weeks. There are no written bonus plans
    specific to certain employees. For calendar year 2012, bonuses
    were paid to all employees consistent with our bonus plan.

    losses. This is a free service and no associated expenses have been
    allocated.

    to the Board of Directors without PartVII and Schedule J.The Executive

    compemsationfor our CEO and all other officers is as follows The
    company does not have a compensation committee, howeverthe Executive
    Committee of the Board has this among its responsibilities. Annually
    the company's CEO makes a compensation recommendaion to the Executive
    Commitee regarding each officer's compensation based on performance and
    data on a comparable compensation rate at other similiar companies in
    region. That commitee then deliberates and approves or disapproves the
    action. The chairman of the Executive Committee makes a similiar
    comparison for the CEO's compensation and the commitee approves
    or disapproves this recommendation
    Part VI Line 19 the company only makes documents required by law
    available to the public. No other governing documents or policies are
    available
    Part VI Line6 7a and 7b the organization is a mutual insurance company
    and as such its policyholders are all voting members who elect one or
    more members of the governing body and would vote on major issues
    affecting the organization such as reorganization etc
