The salary for the President/CEO is reviewed on an annual basis by the Board of Directors. A comparison of salaries for comparable individuals in the geographic area is made along with a detail of the history of salary increases for the position within the organization. A closed session of a meeting of the Board of Directors is held to discuss the performance and salary review. Any change in salary for the President/CEO is made during the open session of the meeting of the Board of Directors. All documentation of comparison is maintained along with the record of the motion and vote for salary adjustments.
