What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? A SUBSTANIAL PART OF THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL IS THE TRADE SHOW AND FLEA MARKET. THE FESTIVAL IS USED TO PROMOTE THE CATIFISH INDUSTRY. THE BASIS FOR EXEMPTION IS COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL AND THE ECONOMIC BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY.
