Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The League has obtained a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service classifying the League as exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.Management has evaluated the League's tax positions and concluded that as of December 31, 2012 and 2011, the League does not believe that it has taken any tax positions that would require the recording of any additional tax liability nor does it believe that there are any unrealized tax benefits that would either increase or decrease within the next twelve months. When necessary, the League recognizes interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in operating expenses. No such interest or penalties were recognized during the periods presented. In addition, the League had no accruals for interest and penalties at December 31, 2012 and 2011. The League is subject to U.S. federal examinations by taxing authorities for the years ending December 31, 2009 through December 31, 2012.
