To date, the only compensated are independent contractors however, in 2014 we are considering hiring salaried employees to replace the contractor status

They are provided upon request except for the Board Members who receive a copy of the 990 immediately after it is prepared. The documents are also on the organization website for public viewing.

Form 990 Part IX Line 24 Line 24e does not exceed 10 of amount on Line 25 because we have a grant that covers our Welcom Home Center expenses. Until our programgrows considerbly, we do not expect our expenses to increase that much and exceed the 10.
Form 990 Part X Line 5 The 3175.00 net change in assets and fund balances is due to depreciation and the difference in cash on hand on December 31,2012.
Form 990 Part XII Line 1 There was no change in our accounting methods it is still Cash Method.
Form 990 Part XII Line 2b There was no formal audit for 2012. We are in the process of interviewing hiring an independent accountant for the 2012 audit and will be reported on Schedule O for TY 2013. The audit for 2011 was completed by Post Associates CPA, who has moved away from our area.
