What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION STATEMENT: "TO ACT AS ADVOCATE AND CATALYST FOR THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS COMMUNITY FOR PROMOTION, BEAUTIFICATION, BUSINESS ATTRACTION AND RETENTION, IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT."

28 THE ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES CONTINUED TO PROMOTE AND ORGANIZE NUMEROUS EVENTS WHICH ENHANCE THE USE OF AND CUSTOMER TRAFFIC INTO DOWNTOWN OGDEN, AND CREATE REASONS FOR LOCAL AREA CITIZENS TO COME TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA.
