		Form 990 Part VI Line 11 The CPA audit is completed just before the due date of Form 990. Therefore, the Executive Director reviews the submission form with the tax preparer, signs the return, mails the completed Form 990 to the Internal Revenue Service. Subsequently the Executive Director presents copies of the Forms 990 990-T to the board of directors for their review. If material differences are identified, corrected submissions would be processed, signed, submitted to the IRS.
		Form 990 Part VI Line 12c The LCCVB is a small entity consisting of two employees and nine non-paid individuals serving as the organizations board of directors. The Executive Director and the board of directors, personally collectively monitor and enforce the organizations conflicts of interest policy.
