AND CATHERINE MAC ARTHUR FOUNDATION WITH THE TAX EXEMPT CENTER FOR TAX AND BUDGET ACCOUNTABILITY TO DEVELOP AND LAUNCH AN INTERACTIVE TOOL FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE ILLINOIS BUDGET BY THE PUBLIC; (2) DEVELOPMENT OF AN INITIATIVE TO MAP THE HUMAN RESOURCES, PHYSICAL ASSETS, SCHLARSHIP AND INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE CHICAGO METROPOLITAN AREA; (3) EXPERT ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATION FOR ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT, AN INTERNATIONAL BODY, OF THE WORKFORCE, EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NEEDS OF PUEBLA, MEXICO; (4) ECONOMIC AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT EFFECTS OF ALTERNATIVE METHODS USED TO ADDRESS THE INFESTATION OF EMERALD ASH BORER IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS COMMUNITIES; (5) PUBLISH RESEARCH ON POLICIES AND PRACTICES PERTAINING TO THE ADVANCED MANUFACTURING IN THE U.S., MEXICO AND CENTRAL AMERICA; (6) EVALUATION FOR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OF AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
