	Transit Services- To provide low-cost transportation to the citizens of Onslow County in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Primary services provided include transportation services for eligible elderly and disabled clients (EDTAP), work first/employment transportation, as well as medical transportation. OUTS contracts with local human service agencies to provide coordinated transportation. Rural General Public Transportation assistance is provided to those persons not eligible for human service transportation. OUTS provided 77,033 trips during our last fiscal year, which includes both our EDTAP program and the Employment transportion program.
