Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Georgetown County area, so that its citizens and its business community may prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to educational interests of the county with a stewardship interest in its heritage and natural environment.
