Part X Part X : FIN48 Footnote Froedtert Health applies ASC No. 740, Income Taxes, which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in a company's financial statements. ASC No. 740 prescribes a more-likely than-not recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken. Under ASC No. 740, tax positions will be evaluated for recognition, derecognition, and measurement using consistent criteria and will provide more information about the uncertainty in income tax assets and liabilities.
