Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b	Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees	The "National Rural Electric Cooperative's Compensate" wage and salary survey is utilized to evaluate compensation for all employees. Additionally, a regional survey is obtained and various economic indicators are used in setting wages. The wage and salary proposal is discussed annually with the board of directors, who then vote on the proposal.

A form is utilized for this disclosure, and the completed forms are held on file at the cooperative office.
