		Volunteers aided in Fundraising eventgs as well as programs designed to
		help or inform members of the community.
		Form 990, Part VI. Line 7B - Decisions subject to approval of members
		the membership elects officers annually to run the organization.
		Included in the officers elected is a six person committee which overse
		tghe operations of the organization. Ordinary operating expenditures do
		not need approval of either committee or the general memebership.
		However, all expenditures are reported to teh committee and the general
		memebrship monthly. Expenditures that are not ordinarary are presented
		to the committee who has the authority to approve expenditures not to
		exceed $2,000.00. All non ordinary expenditures above $2,000.00 are
		approved by the general membership.
		Form 990, Part VI, Line 11B - Organization'a process to review Form 990
		the tax preparer presents the return to the committee which overseas
		operations and the commander and answers any questions they may have.
