    Uniquely Portland was a joint effort of Asian Pacific American Chamber of

    opportunity to approximately 30 local minority businesses to showcase their
    products, services, crafts and local fashion. This event attracted approximately 150
    attendees.
Pt V, Line 35b   The program service revenue of $25,170 reported on Part I, Line 2 includes
    compensation of $15,000 received from Portland Development Commission
    "PDC" for providing technical assistance and advise for conducting outreach
    and education within the Asian Pacific business community. Any compensation
    received for performing such research for any governmental agency or
    instrumentality, or any state or political subdivision thereof; is excluded
    from unrelated business taxable income (UBTI) under the Internal Revenue
    Code Sec. 512(b)(7). Therefore, no Form 990-T has been filed by the organization.
