FORM 990, Part XI, Line 5 Other Changes in Net Assets, ($543,221) The Other Changes in Net Assets of ($577,839) is related to the transfer of the Lifeline service line from the Foundation to Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. This amount represents Lifeline's net asset balance at 6/30/2011. Effective 7/1/2011, it was determined more appropriate for this service line to exist as a department of Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, rather than a department of the Foundation. The remaining amount of $34,618 is unrealized gain on investments.
