Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The IRS has determined and informed the Local by a letter dated March 21, 2007, that the Local is designed in accordance with applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The Local's management and the Locals tax counsel believe that the Local is designed and is currently being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the IRC.Accounting principles require the Local's management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Local and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Local has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Local has analyzed the tax positions taken or expected to be taken by the Local, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2012, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The Local is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
