All benefits under this plan are fully insured and payable solely by the dental insurance provider. Premiums for single coverage for the basic plan are paid tothe dental insurance provider by the local from the general assets of the local. No separate fund has been established for this plan.The Plan year is July 1 through June 30, however, the first plan year is a short plan year beginning on the effective date and ending on the next following June 30. The Plan is designed to meet the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, USERRA, and any other laws, regulations, or guidance to the extentapplicable. The plan must file form 5500 within 7 months of the plans year end.The Bylaws of Local 926 were amended, adding Section 32 Dental Coverage.
